This isn’t just a nice phrase to make you feel good about yourself. It’s truth. It is the truth. Everything you need is already within you. And yes, unearthing those parts of you may require support— someone to hold the lantern or point the way while you do the work of upturning long forgotten stones and rerouting age worn paths of travel. But the path is yours. The descent is yours. The reclamation is yours. You do not need someone to save you. That said, if you need it, I’ll hold your hand.
