The Gateway Immersion:
Table Mountain Ranch, Wyoming
you are the temple. this is the gateway. go in.
What Is The Gateway?
Welcome to a space where all of you is invited in; where performance, masks, and outdated stories are left in the sacred dust as you move into something new.
The Gateway is a four-day immersive experience designed to help you recalibrate your nervous system, restore embodied sovereignty, and reconnect you to the intelligence of your body through guided work with free-roaming horses.
the experience
The Gateway is intentionally paced to alternate activation with integration for nervous system health. Depth with rest. Insight with embodiment.
Across four days, you will engage in:
Equine-guided relational explorations with the free-roaming herd
Somatic grounding practices to increase nervous system capacity
Voice activation to expand presence and expression
Ceremonial breathwork designed to open and reorganize internal patterns
Yin yoga to support deep rest, release, and integration
Spacious integration circles and quiet reflection
Rest windows, on-site bathhouse access, and time in nature
who this immersion is for..
The Gateway is for those who feel the pull toward depth, honesty, transformation and embodiment— even if they don’t yet have language for what is stirring— and are interested in exploring that feeling in connection with horses.
This space may be for you if you:
Sense that something is ready to shift; a way of being that no longer fits; a deeper alignment asking to be met.
Feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or sense of inner authority
Are tired of performing wellness instead of embodying/living it
Long for experiences that honor both intensity and gentleness
Want to explore personal growth without spiritual bypassing or pressure to “heal”
Are curious about relational, somatic, and nature-based work
Feel called to slow down and listen more deeply to yourself
You do not need prior experience with somatic work, horses, or retreats to join us.
who this Immersion may not be for
The Gateway may not be the right fit if you:
Are seeking a high-energy, productivity-focused retreat
Want quick fixes or forced catharsis
Prefer experiences that prioritize tightly held schedules over attunement, pacing, and intuitive responsiveness.
Are looking for someone to tell you who to be or how to feel
Are not open to slowing down or building a relationship with uncertainty
Discernment is part of the practice here. We trust you to know what is right for you.
what you can expect
✦ Experienced Facilitation
The Gateway is led by trauma-informed facilitators trained in somatic, embodied, relational, and equine-guided work.
We work with attention to:
nervous system capacity
pacing and titration
consent and choice
emotional and physical safety
We are not here to push, provoke, or overwhelm you. We are here to listen, hold, and support what is organically unfolding in your body.
✦ Collaborative Energy
Connection is part of the medicine.
Through shared presence and witnessing, the group becomes a mirror, offering insight, resonance, and a sense of belonging. You learn not only from one another, but from your own embodied responses as they arise in relationship.
Participation is invitational, not compulsory. Listening is as valued as speaking.
✦ Intentional Structure
The Gateway is designed with care, clarity, and spaciousness in mind.
We balance guided experiences with time for rest, reflection, and integration. You’ll be supported by a clear container while maintaining autonomy over how you engage.
There is no pressure to keep up, push through, or perform. Your pace matters.
✦ Sovereignty as Foundation
Safety, respect, and agency are foundational.
You are never asked to disclose, perform, or move beyond what feels aligned for you. Emotional range is welcome, so is quiet, stillness, and not knowing.
This is a space where your “no” is honored as deeply as your “yes.”
Integration & Completion
The Gateway is designed with care for how you leave, not just how you open during the immersion.
We are committed to supporting participants in completing the experience in a grounded, embodied state, rather than activated or overwhelmed. Pacing, integration, and nervous system awareness are woven throughout the immersion, with intention given to how each day closes and how the retreat as a whole comes to completion.
Participants are supported in orienting back to their bodies, their environment, and their own internal sense of stability before departing.
Optional paid post-immersion resources are available for those who want additional support as they continue integrating what was touched during the experience.
We honor that meaningful change unfolds over time, through gentle repetition, embodied awareness, and choice.
-
Equine Guided Empowerment® is a modality developed by Cassandra Ogier, rooted in a lifelong practice of somatic presence and relationship with horses.
In this work, you are invited to ground and center holistically through reflection and direct interaction with free-roaming horses. Using Somatic Reprogramming® techniques, you explore alignment in authentic leadership and self-governance— reconnecting with land, ancestry, individuality, and purpose.
Through this process, you may begin to reclaim your voice, your capacity for self-advocacy, and a deeper sense of Self, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, integrity, and commitment to what matters most to you.
-
Yin is a slower-paced practice where postures are held for several minutes, allowing you to work gently and deeply with the body’s connective tissues— including ligaments, joints, fascia, and energetic meridian pathways.
As you remain in each shape, you are given time to settle into stillness and sensation. This extended holding can support the release of physical tension as well as emotional holding patterns, creating space for reflection and regulation.
In this meditative state, you are invited to listen inwardly, soften effort, and allow what is ready to release to do so in its own time.
-
Presence is an embodied state that includes the body, breath, voice, and story. When the natural voice has been shaped by habit, expectation, or past experiences, it can feel difficult to communicate clearly or authentically.
Through this work, and an introduction to Patsy Rodenburg’s Three Circles of Energy™, you explore how your voice lives in your body and how breath, sound, and attention affect your sense of connection.
You will be invited to work with a self-selected poem as a way to practice presence, resonance, and expression, deepening your relationship with yourself and others through embodied communication rather than performance.
-
Ceremonial Breathwork is an active breathing practice held within a ritual container and supported by music and optional, non-invasive bodywork (touch is never required). This experience is intentionally opened and closed, offering a guided entry into expanded states of awareness for self-exploration, meaning-making, and integration.
As you move through the breath, you may access layers of experience beyond ordinary awareness including emotional processing, nervous system regulation, somatic completion, symbolic imagery, or moments of insight and clarity.
This work is facilitated with reverence for altered states and an emphasis on choice, pacing, and integration. You are never pushed toward outcomes or peak experiences; instead, the process is guided by your own inner wisdom and supported by a grounded, trauma-informed ceremonial framework.

Forever grateful.
The gateway allowed me to step into my full expression, to be seen in my power, and to process a tremendous amount of grief and anger I had been carrying for most of my life.

It’s a beautiful return to yourself.
I get lost in life’s distractions, the ‘go go go’ and shoulds. The Gateway Immersion is a big pause to feel your feet on the ground, breathe fully and stand in your own power. I didn’t have a lot of info or expectations going into it. Maybe that’s for the better. I do know I left feeling a little lighter, empowered and restored. These unstoppable women are creating something pretty special.

The Gateway Immersion was the biggest and best hug I had ever given myself.
It was a massage of the soul. An introduction…to ourselves. Then the hills, and pastures, and paths sharing space with kittens and rabbits and birds. Everything moving with intention and life’s whispers opened our world to share with the most gentle, empathic and peaceful creatures. In being surrounded by big strong horses, I never felt safer or more understood. It was the most beautiful message that, yes, I do belong.

Truly a life-changing experience
The Gateway creation is divine guidance, a safe space to expand, learn and grow.
I'm walking, talking, and loving from a new deeper awareness of the sovereignty of self and others uncovered by the Gateway. The weekend created a magical new foundation for me to launch from.I’m applying what I learned and carrying the wisdom forward, and standing in a new pair of energetic boots.

My experience at the gateway immersion enveloped me with the kinship I’ve been craving for a long while.
Learning to honor myself and others in their entirety is truly moving and getting to be amongst horses and nature was the grandest bonus of all.
